Firstly, we would like to say thank you to all our loyal customers. We are so grateful for the trust that you’ve placed in us. In these challenging times, we all need a little more support and kindness, and it’s essential to help and understand one another and do what we can from a safe social distance. It’s been a stressful time all around the world as we deal with coronavirus (COVID-19) and the uncertainty it brings. Now it is our turn to show you our support and to help you as best as we can to stay positive given the current situation.
We would like to inform you that we are
OPEN FOR BUSINESS AS USUAL.
This includes counter sales, phone, email and online orders. We will keep you updated should these circumstances change over the coming days. Whilst our counter-sales remain open, we will continue to adhere to the health and safety guidelines outlined in the Australian Government COVID-19 Health Alert, including regular cleaning of frequently used surfaces, good hygiene and social distancing practices. The following measures are also in place to minimise the risk to our staff, customers and service providers and ensure we are doing our part to flatten the curve.
All pick-up orders will be processed and dispatched
outside by specially arranged pick-up area.
This applies to orders placed over the counter as well as pre-placed orders, however we recommend pre-placing your orders via phone, email or online. Please give us an approximate time for pick-up to ensure your order is ready to go and once you arrive, simply call us and we will bring the order out to you. Alcohol-based hand sanitiser is available for use at the front counter should you need to come into the store.
Furthermore, we would like to remind all of our customers that majority of our products will have NO PRICE CHANGE.
