CT-SCD-2080 coming off the bracket when adjusting 3-axis bracket
There has been a few comments regarding the new case, and its plastic mounting bracket. In particular, the camera coming off the plastic bracket when adjusting the 3-axis bracket. Please make sure Pan Base Fixation Screw is loosened before adjusting bracket.

Samsung's New SRD Series DVR
The new SRD Series has 2 remote view softwares available. Standard software, which is the easier of the 2 to use, but can only view 1 site(DVR) at a time. The other (free) NET-i Viwer is more powerful and can view multiple sites (DVRs) simultaneously. Again please note that the new software will not be able to view old SVR Series DVR.

9 most asked questions:
- Press doorbell and no response
Check that all wires are connected securely and continuous. Check that any fly leads going into the monitor are not 'pinched' or bent/damaged in any way. Especially ‘A’ and ‘G’ cable and connection.
- Master and Slave dip switch position
Master position is both dip switches UP and slave position is both dip switches down. Changes must be made whilst the system is powered off.
- Master Monitor Blue Screen
Check that the Master and Slave dip switches set correctly. Changes must be made whilst the system is powered off. Master position is UP and slave position is down. Check “B” and “V” cable and connection between the door station to Master Monitor.
- Slave Monitor Blue Screen
check that you have Master and Slave dip switches set as ‘slave’. Check also video cable between master and slave monitors.
- No audio
Check 'A' cable and connection.
- No video
Check 'V' cable and connection.
- Fuzzy picture
Weak video may be due to grounding issues - Check 'G' cable and connection. If multiple monitors are used - we highly recommend a video distributor GL-D4L-PLUS.
- Cat5e Cable
Although cat5e cable can be used, we strongly recommend to use coaxial cable, even for a short run, as there have been incidents of interference being introduced when using cat5e cable.
- Audio only station
We recommend no more than 1 x Audio handsfree station (Futuro 7.2AS) per monitor.
